About our store:
Thanks for stopping in to shop; assortments on this 'pop-up' store change at the whim of the weather? pieces may appear, then disappear randomly, maybe to be seen online again, maybe not. Each piece of jewelry is hand made carrying it's own set of unique characteristics that belong only to the piece you have purchased; truly one of a kind and custom. You'll see our seams and a lot of side, front closures, why not? So while we duplicate and reproduce items, no two will look exactly the same; and we like that!

Metals used in our designs include sterling silver, argentium sterling silver, 14 kt gold, 14 kt gold fill, and copper. note: we only use sterling silver, 14 kt gf and 14 kt ear wires and chains unless otherwise noted. While all of our semi precious stones/beads are of the highest quality we prefer those with small inclusions and color variances as it lends additional interest to the pieces. (home)

Store Policies:
packaging:
We love the simplicity of tucking your special piece into a simple muslin pouch; use it to store your jewelry, as a "catch-all" in your purse or filled with lavender as a sachet. note: we use/reuse/recycle our packing materials.

payments:
We accept credit card and all other types of PayPal payments; you don't need a paypal account to utilize this service; items are shipped within 3-5 days of confirmed payment. we will communicate any delays via email or telephone.

shipping/handling:
·Shipping and handling charges are $7.95 for up to three items (12.95 for four plus items)(insurance recommended and at an additional cost to you) via USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation to U.S. Addresses. Contact me for expedited options. Mailing insurance is recommended, and can be quoted as an additional cost to you. NJ state tax of 7% is collected at checkout.
·Shipments to CANADA are now open for a flat fee of US$20.00 for shipments via USPS Priority Mail International with no tracking. Contact us for rates and delivery times on a trackable method of shipment such as Fedex. Customs duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

returns:
7 days* will do it! We want you to be thrilled with your purchase or we will refund your purchase. CONTACT us via email prior to returning any items within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and we will start the process. Keep in mind shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and that customers will be responsible for all shipping and reshipping charges on any exchange. Ensure all items to be returned are unworn and in original packaging; Please send your package, including a copy of your invoice via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Let us know if we can help you in this process! Special orders and final sale items are not returnable.(home)

wear/care:
all precious metals may develop a patina or tarnish (black or brown) with wear (or sometimes without), that includes gold, platinum and sterling silver and many base metals. why? air, the environment and your individual body chemistry are all contributors. treat your jewelry with care and you'll find you are rewarded with many years of enjoyable wear. should your piece need to be 'brought back to life', we will rejuvinate your treasured piece for a small fee. contact us for timing and pricing.

photos:
while the website photos are representative of each piece, individual color monitors vary and the actual colors of stones are often more vibrant and alive.
